Once a reservation has been requested, the customer receives an email and, optionally, an SMS with information about their reservation, improving communication and reducing potential issues.

You can also set the card-backed cancellation policy, by requesting payment details when the reservation is made. Through the integration with Stripe, you can manage card guarantees and, when applicable, charge the stated penalty for late cancellations or no-shows.
